In order to prevent dizziness there are a number of things that can be done including eating smaller more frequent meals. It is also important to avoid caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, foods high in fat or sugar, or any substances that cause allergic reactions. It may also be required to take dietary supplements if it is caused by a deficiency. Ginger can be a useful herb for treating dizziness. It could also be worth visiting a homeopathy practitioner to see if they can put together a remedy for you. Other therapies that can be used to treat dizziness are aromatherapy, osteopathy and acupressure. In addition if your dizziness is caused by stress you could try a number of relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation and massage therapy.
